How to disable split desktop window dragging?

bo flag

Just updated to Kubuntu 23.04 and noticed this: when I have 2 windows split on the desktop, one on the left-half and other on the right-half - dragging the window size in the middle drags both windows.

How can I turn this behavior off permanently?

As well - as soon as I drag this middle part once, all other windows are aligning to this new percentage instead of 50/50 when pressing meta+left/meta+right, and I could not find a way to restore the 50/50.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
