E: No priority (or zero) specified for pin error in Ubuntu Studio when updating or installing packages

cn flag

I'm encountering an error in Ubuntu Studio related to package management, specifically when trying to perform software updates or installations. The error message I'm receiving is "E: No priority (or zero) specified for pin."

I have tried several troubleshooting steps, including refreshing software repositories, clearing the APT cache, checking software sources, disabling proxy settings, and even disabling third-party repositories. However, none of these steps have resolved the issue.

I am running Ubuntu Studio, and the error occurs both in the Terminal and the Software Update Center. I have also confirmed that the network proxy settings are disabled.

At this point, I'm unsure about the root cause of the error and how to proceed with resolving it. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to troubleshoot and fix this issue.

Here is my terminal output

GNU nano 6.2 /etc/apt/preferences

Package: sqlite3 Pin: origin "" Pin-Priority: 1001

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
