Cant Add Firefox PPA: httplib2.error.ServerNotFoundError: Unable to find the server at api.launchpad.test

When I run this command

 sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mozillateam/ppa

I get this error

I've found virtually nothing on google regarding this error. This is a fresh install. The internet is working.

More info: OS: ubuntu 22.04.2LTS 64bit CPU: 12th Gen intel Core i7 Kernel: 5.19.0-45-generic

I followed the instructions on https://ubuntu.social/@launchpadstatus and removed the directory ~/.launchpadlib/api.launchpad.net/cache/ which in my case was /root/.launchpadlib/api.launchpad.net/cache/

After that I could add the repository ppa:mozillateam/ppa
