Usually this is a broken installer iso image.

Please check your details; Ubuntu 20.04 was available using the 5.4 kernel, 20.04.2 with 5.8, 20.04.3 with 5.11, 20.04.4 with 5.13 & 20.04.5 with 5.15. No 20.04 media existed with 5.19 (only 22.10 or 22.04.2 used it) thus your details do **not** match a Lubuntu 20.04 you state. Please check your details.

IO errors imply either problems with your installation media (did you verify the ISO as per the Lubuntu manual? https://manual.lubuntu.me/lts/1/1.1/retrieving_the_image.html (22.04 manual), the write of ISO to your USB/flash/install media (did it verify?) OR problems with the media you're installing it to. Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
