Did you select the correct hard drive in Ubuntu? Can you post a screenshot of the partition manager in the Ubuntu installer?

Is the space inside a NTFS partition or unallocated? You should use Windows tools to shrink the NTFS partition to make unallocated space. If still using Windows leave 30% unused as it gets slow if not enough extra room in NTFS partition. Post this in question above from Ubuntu live installer in live mode. `sudo fdsik -lu`

Punctuation, please tell us what you're trying to do exactly. I assume you want to install Ubuntu, correct? Do you want to wipe/replace your Windows installation or do you want to install Ubuntu next to Windows?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
