My company has around 10 custom domain email accounts that were included our website's hosting plan. Our website sends out at least 300 emails a day in response to customer's requesting quotes for our service via forms on the website.
Unfortunately, 50% of these outgoing emails from our site are ending up in customer's Spam boxes. I've ran hundreds of email tests/scans and apparently our hosting providers email server ip address is listed on several email blacklists. Therefore, our clients are missing our responses to their requests for quotes. Our current email provider openly admits that there is nothing they can do. So we are forced to find a better email service for communicating from our single main email address.
Is it possible to route a single email address, which is used to send emails from our website, through a more credible email provider; while keeping the other 9 email accounts on our current email provider?
Like if we signed up for a new Microsoft Exchange or Google Workspace account, routed the single email address our website uses through the new Exchange/Google server...all the while...keeping the remaining emails with our inferior email hosting provider?
I'm fully aware that we can forward the entire custom domain's Emails to a different Email host...but a single email address???
