How to test VPN connection inside LAN?

ne flag

I'm going to setup several machines for remote development and debugging. The final scenario will be:

[SERVER] at my office
   |----> VPN server
   |
Internet
   |
   |----> Router at customer's place
              |
              |----> Device 1
              |----> Device 2
              |----> ...
              |----> [CLIENT] my target machine (VPN client)

My goal is to connect the remote machine (CLIENT) to the LAN of my office via VPN. In this way I can see the target as it was in local and then I can debug the code remotely.

I have dozen of remote machines to manage, of course only one can connect at time.

I'm trying OpenVPN and SoftEther, but because my customers are located very far from my office, I would like to go there with all the software already configured and tested.

So my question is: how to test a VPN connection inside my LAN?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
