react.js app with nginx gives 404 or refresh
mx flag

I have a backend node.js application(system directory) and a frontend react application(admin directory). I use nginx as the webserver.

I can load my frontend well. But when I refresh, it gives 404. I have looked in the nginx directives, but I'm not sure how it works, since I didn't setup this project. I know that react uses the react-router, which nginx is not aware of.

My nginx conf file is:

I'm managing a server (have root access to it), which has multiple user accounts for each colleague, each colleague using the server as a remote desktop via VNC. It's CentOS 7 with GNOME 3.28.2. Our problem is CentOS has Blank screen (Settings-->Power-->Power Saving) and Screen Lock (Settings-->Privacy-->Screen Lock) automatically turned on by default (kicks in after 5 minutes of idle). What is the default file system for ClamAV scans?
cn flag
RDK

I have just installed ClamAV on a Pi4 running Buster. I have looked at the configuration file and don't see where it specifies which file system it will scan automatically. I know if I use this sudo clamscan /home or sudo clamscan / it will scan the "home" directory or "whole file system", respectively. But what is the default for the regular, automatic scans?

Thanks...RDK

rspamd statistic autolearn configuration
br flag

I placed the sample configuration for autolearn from /etc/rspamd/statistic.conf in /etc/rspamd/local.d/classifier-bayes.conf:

autolearn {
  spam_threshold = 6.0;
  junk_threshold = 4.0;
  ham_threshold = -0.5;
  check_balance = true;
  min_balance = 0.9;
}

and restarted rspamd, but no SPAM/HAM appears to be learned. What am I missing?

Thanks, Jan

Is it possible to limit WMI privileges with certain class or property?
ma flag

I'm interested in gathering Win32_Battery class data from User machines. It works well if I provide root/cimv2 rights to the account which is used to send a Get-WmiObject query. But I'd like to tighten it a bit, I don't want to be able to collect any other information besides Win32_Battery class metrics.

Is it possible to prohibit everything except certain class (Win32_Battery) or maybe superclass ...

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
