I just upgraded to 21.04 and am having issues with the display. If I log in with Wayland (default) the screen goes on and off for about the first 10 minutes then settles down. Once it is settled however, I notice a lot of occasional slowdown. I was using Xorg on 20.10 and everything was generally smooth as butter - however, if I try to start 21.04 with Xorg I get a black screen.
Not sure where to start fixing this. Any help appreciated.
Update - there seem to be a lot of graphics(?) related errors in the system log. I've included a snapshot below... may be related?
