unknown filesystem type 'gfs2'

th flag

I've been following this guide https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/ubuntu-high-availability-corosync-pacemaker-shared-disk-environments/14874

In order to setup the ability for Azure Ubuntu VM's to use a Shared Disk.. I've got to the part to try and mount the gfs2 filesystem I've just created but when I do it says

"unknown filesystem type 'gfs2'

I have installed gfs2-utils, and when I run modprobe it states

"Module gfs2 not found in directory /lib/modules/5.8.0-1033-azure"

These are Azure Ubuntu VM's running 20.04.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
