How to change mouse highlight colour in Ubuntu Windows Subsystem for Linux in Windows 10?

This is the screenshot of my current mouse highlighting text. See the orange underlined:

The highlighted texts only turn dark grey its font colour instead of changing its background to dark grey. This is not what I want. What I want is when I highlight any text in Windows Subsystem for Linux in Windows 10, it should have change its background colour just like how we highlight any text in Windows.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking.
