Issues in scaling monitor displays in Join Mode

cn flag

I am a newbie to Linux and just installed Ubuntu 20.04 on my laptop. I have a laptop and an additional monitor for an extended display. For my comfortable vision, I switched the vision scale from 100% to 125% for my laptop (which is built-in-display) in settings. But, it replicates on my extended monitor, for which it is not working well (seems too big). So, my requirement is, I need scaling of 125% on my laptop screen and a 100% scaling on the extended monitor. I tried in the setting with different combinations, but not working. Can anybody please help me with this?

Thanks in advance.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
