NVIDIA GPU recognized as 3D controller after reinstalling drivers

I've recently tried to install HitFilm Pro using wine on my machine, I had an issue with no CUDA device being present and after following some threads, I came to the conclusion of installing the cuda package. My worst decision since I installed Ubuntu. Since then Prime offloading (__GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1) has never worked for me (I do have NVIDIA On Demand), It got fixed after I removed the cuda package but after a restart it started saying X Error, or GLX error with Minecraft; BadValue. I do not know what this means. I then realized I had installed the 470 driver (My GPU, 1050M, Only supports up to 460), I switched it using the GUI app, Got an error, Cannot remember which but after 4 attempts I just used the .run driver, Bad idea.

I was not on a tty so it completely froze my screen and it had froze my pc, I didn't know but the installation was still continuing, I still did restart my pc, Which corrupted my install.

Now, I managed to reinstall it correctly, then uninstall it, I installed 460 from the GUI app, And back on square one. I still have BadValue when trying to offload, Whether I put On Demand or full NVIDIA, when I'm not (And I'm not using On Demand) , my iGPU is still somehow being used.
