Wifi not working with Kubuntu 21.04 on Lenovo Thinkpad L15 Gen2 AMD

ca flag

Since Lenovo last year, 2020 summer, announced that they officially support Ubuntu with many of their models I dared to buy Lenovo Thinkpad L15 Gen2 AMD with the hope that I will avoid exactly this situation... However unluckily the wifi adapter is not working... :( Do you have tipps for me? Thank you!

What I have already tried: live-isos from following distros:

  • Kubuntu kubuntu-21.04-desktop-amd64
  • Manjaro manjaro-kde-21.0.7-210614-linux510.iso
  • Pop OS pop-os_21.04_amd64_intel_6.iso

-> non of them support the wifi HW

After installing Kubuntu 21.04 i can print the following infos:

Can you [edit] your question to include the output of `sudo lspci`? This may contain enough details about the wireless device’s hardware to offer a solution

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
