Automatic brightness missing from settings in Ubuntu 20.04

ph flag

I'm running Ubuntu 20.04 on my Thinkpad T495s and I wanted to enable adaptive brightness. However, the automatic brightness is missing from my Settings/Power.
My Settings/Power

I tried to google and found this article which mentioned using
gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.power ambient-enabled true
to enable automatic brightness but it doesn't seem to work.

Any ways to fix the system settings? I'm also open to using third-party apps if I can't use the system settings.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
