Videos are laggy and audio is jittery

fr flag

This question might be a long one so sorry in advance but I’ve struggled to find an answer and any insights or tips are highly appreciated.

Problem : whenever I play any video be it a tutorial on youtube or anything else, both video and audio jitters so it's really hard to stay concentrated, if I play it in a lower quality like 480p it become durable and the jitter slows down, I think something is wrong with my graphics and I can't figure it out.

I will start with my hardware specification : enter image description here

Things I’ve tried are :

  • change between Xorg and Wayland.
  • basically everything in display settings multiple times.
  • installed OpenGl, I’m not sure if it’s working tho or if it’s related to my problem.

Here are some pictures that i hope would help : enter image description here enter image description here enter image description here

I find the last picture worrying a bit could it be my graphic card is damaged and unrecognized or how else why would it be so low ? Here's a video of my struggle in a reddit post.

TL;DR : videos are jittery, concerns of graphic card might be damaged or unrecognized.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
