Issues with installing Ubuntu alongside Windows 10

rs flag

Ubuntu does not detect windows 10. When I choose try Ubuntu option, I first see this message after that Ubuntu get load. Here is the image of that message I am trying trying for the first time so, I do not much understand what is wrong. I made the partition of 100gb from my D drive because my C drive have not enough space and my BIOS mode in windows is shown to be legacy and I have required EFI named file in Ubuntu bootable USB.

Do not mix UEFI & old BIOS/CSM/Legacy. If hardware is UEFI, Windows should be installed in UEFI boot mode. You you installed it wrong now is time to totally reinstall in UEFI mode. Microsoft has required vendors to install in UEFI/gpt mode since 2012. You still need Windows fast start up off. https://askubuntu.com/questions/843153/unable-to-mount-windows-10-partition-it-is-in-an-unsafe-state & https://askubuntu.com/questions/145902/unable-to-mount-windows-ntfs-filesystem-due-to-hibernation Some tools that create installer make it only UEFI or only BIOS. Other make it both & you select.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
