how to restore removed data with "fsck -y "

when my hard disk have been read only and i'd tried to fix this with fsck -y command and remove everything ,this is the output:

inode xxxxxxx seems to contain garbage

how can i restore my data?

There is no way to "restore removed data" with fsck, as it is not a data restoration tool. Use testdisk instead.
