Ubuntu 21.10 no driver loaded for Intel Intel TigerLake Iris Xe Graphics

I have basically the same problem as described here or here or here: the driver for my intel GPU is not loaded. As seen here

$ inxi -G

or here (display unclaimed)

In all three mentioned cases above the problem was solved by

apt install linux-oem-20.04

since they where all running on Ubunut 20.04 and needed a newer kernel. Unfortunately, installing the OEM kernen did not do the trick for me. Any suggestions, how to fix this?

Some more information on my system, if more needed just tell me :)

You need to disable Secure Boot (UEFI) and properly install Nvidia drivers.

Secure Boot and BitLock (if importand?) is both disabled. Nvidia drivers are installed via `apt install nvidia-driver-470`. At least during installation no error messages accured. But booting the system with the nvida does not work, so the Nvidia is broken as well. But i think that is a second problem, since i have also problems only running with the intel card (nvidia deactivated), e.g. the HDMI port is not working, `xrandr` fails, i can not adjust screen brightness and redshift or night light do nothing. And these problems occur all while only using the Intel card.

I hade the option GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=nomodeset in the grub file set. That prevented that the Intel driver was loaded. Hence, removing nomodeset seolved the problem. Idea for solution was from this post.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
