Firefox: change dropdown keyboard select behavior

in flag

If I visit a webpage, that has a dropdown () with the numbers 00 to 59, when I focus on it and write 2 numbers like "45" on the keyboard, it automaticly selects the option "45". But when I press the same number twice, like entering "55", the first "5" selects 50, and the 2nd selects "51".

I can see the usefulness to be able to select the 2nd row that starts with a specific character, when the list isn't sorted.

Is there some settings that I can change to get the "Starts with 55" instead of the "2nd that starts with 5" behavior? Or is there some else way to select row 55. Shortest I found so far is "56".

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
