I have two LG monitors (LG 27UL500-W 27-Inch UHD (3840 x 2160)) with built in speakers running on a Lenovo Legion 5 Gaming Laptop (15.6" FHD 144Hz Ryzen 7 4800H 16GB 512GB 1660TI)
Previously tried what this question had asked: Ubuntu 22.04 sound not working on new install
and some other forums I made the mistake of not tracking.
Here's a summary of everything I've tried/checked so far:
Drivers look good from running aplay -l
in the terminal (see terminal pasted below, sorry I'm a noob and don't have image posting privileges yet!)

Sound from the laptop gets picked up as an analog output device under Family 17h (Models 10h-1fh) HD Audio Controller in the Configuration tab and works correctly.
When I turn off analog speakers and select HDMI output under TU116 Hugh Definition Audio Controller the speakers get picked up in pulse audio Output Devices and shows that audio is playing but no sound.
Volume on the monitor has been turned up the last so that's not the issue.
Would anyone have any ideas how I could go about fixing this or if there's somewhere I should go to get help?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
