Every once in awhile my screens suddenly go black, after 1-2 seconds they come back on and I receive this visual tearing graphical glitch on both my screens. It completely freezes my computer too and I cannot do anything, and would have to reset my computer. Think it has happen 5-6 times now since I started using my Kubuntu for the first time about a week ago.
I did install the latest 5.3 ROCM and HIP drivers from AMD to get Blender to pick up my GPU and be able to use it. But I don't think there were any installation errors during or even after the process. And I think maybe from what I noticed, this crash only happens when I had Blender open. I think one time I wasn't using it but I had it open when it crashed.
I cannot take a photo of it currently but I googled around to get what it would look like, and it literally looks almost exactly like these pics:

I saw in the System Settings in the Compositor settings, this error popped up:

After this happen a few times, I unchecked "Enable on startup" and did not Re-enabled this thing, but I think it still crashed again, and that is when I decided to ask about this here instead.
Here is the info of my system:

After this happen 2-3 times, I updated my Mesa drivers to the latest stable one, but it still happens.
Here is the Mesa Driver I am currently on:

EDIT :
I tried to render my scene in Blender recently and crashed the computer again. This time I was able to take a video of the incident that you can watch here:
