Ubuntu shows "no bootable device" all of a sudden

am flag

All of a sudden, on a good morning my ubuntu Acer Aspire E5-575 series PC was displaying "no bootable device" yet it has the ubuntu loaded HDD that was working the days before. Tried reinstalling the ubuntu but to no avail, then tried this advice of "ubuntu repair" but then it just got worse I guess. It no longer even shows no bootable device, it just keeps restarting itself at the POST stage and repeating that over and over again. Here's their Boot info summary: http://paste.ubuntu.com/p/FsFTbsrGq6, if you have any way of helping please do.

Did you try with UEFI Secure Boot off? With Acer you often have to turn it on to get extra UEFI settings, but then turn it back off. Acer also requires to to enable "trust" on UEFI entry. You show both an unknown (needing trust) but also ubuntu entries. Best to remove duplicates, so only working entries are in UEFI menu. Did you update UEFI which resets many UEFI settings to defaults & you have to redo the changes you originally made.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
