MInimise glitch on Ubuntu 22.10

cn flag

So I recently decided to go from using Windows to Ubuntu. In the system settings, I switched from icon panel on the left to the dock at the bottom of the screen. Every time I minimise any windows this glitch happens. Although the glitch happens a few times in the video, when I am not recording, it happens every time. What do I do to fix it except disabling the animations? Someone on the Reddit post said that it is probably dash to dock improperly overriding the gnome animation but I don't have that extension installed and I don't know how to fix it. Please help. Here is the link to the Reddit post which has the video too. You can see the glitch at the top left corner. Reddit post with the video

Is it always a single-frame glitch or have you seen two-frame glitches? Two-frame characterized by two differing resized windows present in the top left during a single minimize animation event.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
