Displays won't turn on when I turn on the monitors

bm flag

My PC has dual boot for Ubuntu and Windows on different SSDs. Sometimes when I boot my PC into Ubuntu only one monitor is enabled while the other two remain off, it says "no connection" on them as if the HDMI cables don't work, I can't turn them on in Displays and have to restart the whole PC. Most of the time it works just fine however.

Another problem I have sometimes is that I forget to turn on one of the monitors (it's a TV) before I boot into Ubuntu and the display wont connect to the PC (says no connection again). I need to go into Displays and enable the monitor manually every time then it works.

I don't have this problem on Windows so there must be some sort of way of checking if a HDMI cable is connected and automatically enabling the monitor connected to it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
