Ubuntu 22.04 Lenovo ideapad 330 microphone distorted due to automatic adjustment

Since i upgraded my ubuntu to 22.04 i am struggling with my internal mic to work. I tried all available solutions on google but nothing seems to work. My exact problem is internal mic / microphone is not capturing voice, when i try to record my sound and play back i am not able to hear my voice. However, using pulse audio i am able to work around this problem for a while but when auto adjustment occurs i am back to square one.

pulseaudio config that dont work

pulseaudio config that works

I tried so many different values (from audio codecs e.g. laptop-amic, laptop-dmic) for 'model' property in alsa configuration but nothing seems to work.

current alsa-base.config

I tried fixing static noise problem by following below steps from pulse audo support page but that also didnt work puliseaudio support page

The mic was working just fine before the upgrade but now no available fix seems to work

System Information:

ideapad-330-15IKB

Codec: Realtek ALC236

Codec: Intel Kabylake HDMI

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
