I want the active Window to have a blue title bar, but Mousepad still has a grey one even when it is the active window

in flag

This question applies to Xubuntu 22.04. The problem was not present in Xubuntu 20.04, for which I found out that the following settings always gave a blue title bar to the active window and turned all the other windows' title bars grey:

Theme: Adwaita

Symbols: elementary XFCE

In Windows Management I could choose between the themes Daola and Moheli, which show a blue title bar for the active window. I would have taken Dola, but there the "three-dimensional" effects are more pronounced than with Moheli. Actually, I would have preferred a uniform light blue background for the title bar.

  1. How can I achieve that only the active Window is shown with blue title bar whereas all non active windows have grey title bars?
  2. Can one let only the active window be surrounded by a blue margin on all sides too?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
