How to change resolution?

in flag

I recently created a bootable live usb to use ubuntu for a specific lesson in uni. I did it with Rufus, installed the following version "ubuntu-22.04.2-desktop-amd64" and once everything was set and done I checked it out. I restarted my laptop and opened it with Ubuntu. I chose the "Try Ubuntu" instead of installing, but I noticed that my resolution was set too low. I went to change it, however it's set on 800x600 with no other option. I used the xrandr command in terminal and it says that it's maximum option is 800x600. Is there any way to change that?

Note: My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite Pro with AMD RYZEN 7, no extra graphics card installed

I would really appreciate the help

I was kinda running late, so I didn't have time to check the question. The version is this: "ubuntu-22.04.2-desktop-amd64" and yes it's the appropriate release for my hardware.
I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
