Monitor is not recognized after 5-10 seconds ubuntu

I had and have this problem on Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04. I connect laptop to external 4k monitor. In the beginning everything works ok. I can connect via HDMI or DisplayPort, everything is fine. After like week or several weeks the problem appears. I connect via DisplayPort, external monitor is recognized, works for several seconds (5-10) and shuts down and disappears from Settings->Displays, so only laptop built-in monitor leaves to work. Sometimes HDMI is able to work but after several days/weeks it dies too. At my other place I use dockstation with 2 2k monitors and everything works fine there. So I'm stuck with this stupid error. Tried to choose other graphical drivers (now X.org X servers is used), all software is up to date. There was a case when monitor shut down and I closed almost all apps and it seems some program blocked 2nd monitor because after its close 2nd monitor worked (don't remember whether it turned on automatically or after reconnecting monitor Type C cable to laptop). Now closing all apps doesn't help. All this has never happened with my 2 2k monitors.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
