Ive accidentally clicked restore current snapshot, can I cancel this?

ps flag

I have accidentally clicked 'restore current snapshot' 'ok' instead of closing my last ubuntu session. I closed it immediateley without letting it load and have not opened the VM again but can see its waiting to load its saved state on next load. Is there any way to get around this and not load the saved snapshot, I don't want to lose my work.

Irony is I was just thinking 'I need to update that snapshot.'

im running Xubuntu on an oracle VM virtual box manager

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
