Cant drag/move (non-snap-installed) window using touchscreen

ir flag

I've got Ubuntu 23.04 on my Surface Go 2. And I can mostly use my touchscreen just fine. But when trying to drag/move windows of apps, that I didn't install using snap-store like Firefox Dev. and Element messenger, it doesn't work with touchscreen.

However when I touch the menu bar with my Stylus-Pen it just kinda switches so that dragging with touchscreen works but the window just ignores my mouse left-click.

I only noticed the second thing after trying

echo export MOZ_USE_XINPUT2=1 | sudo tee /etc/profile.d/use-xinput2.sh

I really don't know what to make out of this. I'd really just like my initial problem to be solved, but it'd be also nice if someone knew how to fix whatever my stylus does.

I'm using Wayland btw.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
