It looks like the file system on that partition was seriously corrupted. What is the file system on the partition? What is the output of the command `ls -ld "/media/vaibhav/D8D6B988D6896800/Courses/Data Science'`?

It will be good to add all relevant info to your actual question so everybody sees it. Also now do a `cd -ld "/media/vaibhav/D8D6B988D6896800/Courses/Data Science'`. All this because terminal error output may be more specific and precise, and confirms it is a fundamental problem not related to malfunctioning of one specific application.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
