How to increase quota limit for number of build triggers in GCP project
cn flag

We are using google cloud build for our CI/CD and currently, we almost hit the limit on the number of build triggers. From this documentation, it should be possible to increase the limit of build triggers number. enter image description here . However, we couldn't find the quota limit for this item on this page. So our question is simple, if the number of build triggers can be increased then where we can change this?

Cannot connect to OPNsense web console from LAN

I'm facing a strange issue with a new install of OPNsense on ESXi 6.7 that I hope someone can help me figure out. I'm thinking the problem is on ESXi not OPNsense, since I had a working setup using pfSense on ESXi 6.0 prior to upgrading to ESXi 6.7.

  • I have a single VMware ESXi 6.7 host server (Dell T630) with two VMs, one running OPNsense and one running Windows 10.

Script for uninstalling GCPW from multiple systems in a corporate environment
ae flag

I am looking at ways to uninstall GCPW from close to 100 systems as we are moving to Microsoft. Would running the uninstall.exe using a script suffice? The problem I foresee is that the uninstall file resides in a folder which named after the version number of the GCPW installed, which will be different for users. So, I am stuck here.

Is there a better approach to this? Basically I need mininmal end- ...

Why does a MS GPO option break SMB shares that use a hosts file for the machine name?

We've set "Microsoft network server: Server SPN target name validation level" to "Required from client" on our test GPO.

Our test systems have some custom machine aliases in their hosts files, but once the option is turned on we can no longer access SMB shares using the machine alias.

In Linux how to add a route to a prefix via a specific device with certain destinations in that prefix going via default route?
ke flag

I'm currently dealing with a VPN which connection endpoint lies within the subnet which prefix shall be tunneled via that specific VPN.

Essentially the problem thus boils down to match against a (larger) set of destination addresses (/16 mask), except for a wholly contained (small) subset of specific destinations that shall not routed that way (and instead go via the default route).

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
