NFS with FS-Cache - set up, but still says it's disabled

I have about the same problem as this one here, but that one seems to have been solved because cachefilesd hasn't been enabled. I have it enabled (removed the comment before RUN=yes in /etc/default/cachefilesd) and restarted the service, yet I still get

Nginx messing with file upload

I am using https://github.com/ZizzyDizzyMC/linx-server in order to try and run a file host at my server.
When uploading files via curl, it works flawlessly; however on the web ui the file upload instantly stops and the linx-server log shows

Is it possible to add Google single sign on to specific 365 users, NOT the whole tenant?
in flag

We've got a client with a satellite office outside of the US, and it's not connected to their AD server. As such, changes to their 365 passwords are not synced like the home office does, and it gets to be a real hassle when they're trying to login and/or reset their passwords.

So, we'd like those satellite 365 users to be able to log in with with their Google credentials to make things easier. We ...

One domain name, two locations, depending on login information
hu flag

We have 2 identical websites located in 2 different countries on two different subdomains in the same domain name, i.e. "us.site.com" and "ca.site.com". It is setup this way due to privacy laws that require the data be stored in the country it belongs to. We want to have a single domain name for users to login to like www.site.com. We want to keep the 2 locations separated. Is this possible?

iRedMail server configured using ISP's DNS servers. Running several years without issue. Moving from current ISP to Starlink. It appears Starlink uses Cloudflare's public DNS. Currently have both ISPs running in parallel until cutover complete. Again, mail server runs fine on legacy ISP.

How can I quickly search for multiple files in a large mounted NAS file system connected to a Linux server?
in flag

I have a NAS filesystem mounted on a Linux server. I need to search that file system for a series of files. The NAS is very large and contains a large number of files so individual find commands take forever.

We need to search for a few thousand files on the NAS. This can be scripted but the time each find command takes would make this process take weeks to complete.

sendmail 8.14.7 never trying secondary mx

I've discovered that my sendmail configuration does not always try a secondary MX host if the primary MX does not answer. Sometimes it does, more often it doesn't.

I think my questions are, 1) how does sendmail decide when to give up on a given MX and try the next one? And 2) how to debug what is (not) happening?

To work on this, I set up the name mytest.freefriends.org (my own domain) with an unrou ...

How can I check the status of a fibre interface without configuring it?
at flag

With copper Ethernet you can see if there's a physical link even when the NIC is unused, i.e. is not configured with IP. With copper, 'ethtool ens802f0' will tell you "Link detected: yes" or "Link detected: no." This is not true of SFP+ interfaces, at least in the farm I support.

My question is, how can I quickly test the health of this a fibre connection without configuring it, without assigning ...

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
