Why is one of my monitors acting weird?

za flag

I have two monitors, both Samsung, at 3840x2160 (16x9). The one on the left is the primary. When I go away from my system for some time and come back, the monitor on the right has black on its left side and crazy fluctuating colors with vertical stripes on its right side. The monitor on the left is Ok. When I enter my password the monitor on the left shows the regular screen, the one on the right continues to act crazy. I discovered, after trying a few things, that tweaking a button on the back of the monitor makes things go back to normal. That is good, but still it would be nice to understand what is happening. Does anyone know?

Some info about my system: Kubuntu Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 21.04 Release: 21.04 Codename: hirsute KDE Plasma version: 5.21.4 Intel HD Graphics 4600 Haswell GT2

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
