Custom "libinput Accel Speed" value in Kubuntu preferences

in flag

I've recently installed Kubuntu and I've been enjoying it so far, apart from the fact that the mouse sensitivity is only controllable by a slider. I've been using xinput commands to get my desired mouse speed, which works, but it resets to the value in KDE options every time I lock my computer. Where would I find the configuration files relating to this so I can change it and not have to worry about it resetting?

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
