Mouse/Touchpad and keyboard are not working during installation ubuntu 20.04

se flag

I tried to do a dual boot with windows 10 and ubuntu 20.04 in toshiba lap top. When I started the installation prosses of ubuntu, touchpad and keyboard did not work at all. I did a forced shut down. When I tried to reinstall it with a mouse and extra keyboard, the prosses stuck in the very beginning (I didn't even had the chance to reach the same point as the previous time, when ubuntu asked me if I wanted a free trial or to begin the installation). I did a format to my lap top and I made it again to the point where ubuntu asked whether I wanted the trial or the installation. I tried to use the mouse and the extra keyboard but, again, neither of them would work, along with the touchpad and the lap top's keyboard.

Does anyone know what's wrong?

"toshiba lap top" says nothing useful. Please edit and add at lest the specific model and detailed hardware specifications if you're capable (this is to avoid the hassle of having to do your 'homework' by googling the model name, something that no always gives accurate results as the same model can have different configurations)

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
