I'm using Asus TUF A15 laptop with Ubuntu 21.04 installed (Ryzen 5800 / RTX 3060)
My usual setup is made from 2 screens - laptop's internal (144hz/1080p), and external monitor connected over DisplayPort (144hz/1444p).
Today I dusted off an old monitor which I planned to use as third screen (60hz/1080p), over standard HDMI albeit after connecting I encountered a problem.
For some reason I can use only two screens in any combination (Internal/DP, Internal/HDMI, HDMI/DP) while third one stays black.
Both Ubuntu settings and Nvidia X Server Settings detect all 3 screens, I can change their setup, even move cursor around the blank one, just the display is missing.
Is there something I can do?

Also to even have one external screen working, I had to use this solution:
https://askubuntu.com/a/1283964/1538925
One additional thing I noticed while experimenting with this.
If in ubuntu screen settings I manually disable HDMI monitor, then enable it, suddenly all screens will be working, at least till I log out or try to move the screens (which would be needed, as the re-enabled HDMI appears to the right (Internal - DP - HDMI) while my physical setup is with it on the left (HDMI - Internal - DP))
