How to have desktop & game console audio play together?

cn flag

I have a nintendo switch plugged in the rear line in of the computer, on windows I'm able to play desktop and console audio together by either toggling listening to line in or using voicemeeter. Doing this allows me to play the console while still receiving audio from the desktop, or record footage on obs, and so on.

How can I achieve this on linux?

All I was able to do was struggle my way into enabling loopback after reading up another question someone asked and change from desktop audio to console, which isn't really what I need, but I get confused easily through all the sources in pavu & pulseeffects and I'm relatively new of linux so I don't really know what I'm doing.

Also, I don't know why but the console audio coming from the line in is really cracky and poor quality, I use a ground loop and I can confirm nothing is broken because on windows it works without a problem.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
