Double clicking delay too short on Kubuntu 20.04, KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.8

problem description

sometimes double click happens but was not wanted. could happen everywhere. often with my left hand mouse and often in this scenarios:

  1. if i use my left hand mouse and
  2. double click each word in a title for example
    1. in Obsidian (best a title with )
    2. or window names from the tag sometimes

i tried tip's from here

not works for me in my Kubuntu 20.04, KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.8

i love to use this useful tool to find double clicks:

$ xev | grep ButtonRelease

firs i expected i could never catch some with this tool. it seems my problem do not happen there.

but i need update this information.

This morning I only clicked once but got three click results:

i change finger position a little bit. very difficult reproduce this or repeat this result.

in my theory it happens more often at morning when mouse button was not used very much.

i looked in to Activities

but there i don't find a menu for Double-Click Delay

this next tip seems not working in KDE:

Gu to Settings → Universal Access → Double-Click Delay

if possible i want to know how to do it in KDE in Kubuntu 20.04
