Why is my whole screen striped when I use Firefox dark theme?

pe flag

When I enable dark theme in Firefox, I get the weirdest glitch: When I go onto a youtube channel, my screen gets vertical stripes. Not black, just slightly darker than the pixels should be. They go across the whole screen but are stronger at the top. When I scroll to the bottom of the page, they move to the bottom. The initial site with the channel stays weirdly in the background while I scroll, barely visible as if I never scrolled. This also stays in the background for other apps.

I am using Ubuntu 22.04, i3-gaps, and firefox 106.01, my screen is connected via DP and is my secondary. Light mode fixes this (mostly, it is still a little bit visible in pop-up menus), but what the hell is it?

It seems to be a screen problem since it is not visible on screenshots and only happens on one of my screens. There are no other problems though. I pulled out the cable, and put it in again, to no avail.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
