White Screen on Ubuntu 22 when using HDMI (Laptop)

ir flag

This bug started in 22.04 and continues in 22.10, in any other previous version the external monitor works perfectly. The notebook screen works normally, but on the monitor connected to the HDMI the image looks like this. I've already tested the proprietary driver and downloaded all available ubuntu updates, no fix so far.

Specs: Ubuntu 22.04, Nitro 5 AN515-54: i5 9300H, Intel UHD 630, GTX 1650, 32GB RAM.

I sit in a Tesla and translated this thread with Ai:

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
