Welcome to the Ask Ubuntu community. Your question as written is difficult to understand. It appears that you're trying to boot from USB, and that you're trying to run some version of Kubuntu. Please provide some additional information regarding the context of your issue: the version of Ubuntu/Kubuntu that you're trying to install/run; how you created the USB device (and the type of device it is). Finally, you mention that "it happens with every Ubuntu in my laptop." I'm not sure what that means. Thanks

You should be able to change the order of boot devices, or even disable PXE/Network boot in your BIOS. Watch the screen as your computer powers up. There's a Function Key you can use to enter "Setup" mode before Ubuntu boots. Read the screens carefully, and don't change anything you don't understand.

Most people don’t grasp that asking a lot of questions unlocks learning and improves interpersonal bonding. In Alison’s studies, for example, though people could accurately recall how many questions had been asked in their conversations, they didn’t intuit the link between questions and liking. Across four studies, in which participants were engaged in conversations themselves or read transcripts of others’ conversations, people tended not to realize that question asking would influence—or had influenced—the level of amity between the conversationalists.
