For example, a partial text search will find the Spotify flatpak, but a full text search will only show the snap. (I know there are many complaints about gnome-software, but I've never seen this specific bug described.)

Can a local Ubuntu mirror host different Ubuntu releases on a single server
in flag

I am interested to know if I have a Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS server, can use it as a local mirror to host 20.04.3 LTS and 18.04.6 LTS repositories, such that my 18.04 servers can pull from it as well as my 20.04 servers? Or, do I need 2 separate servers, one on version 18.04 and the other on 20.04?

Is there a best practice design on how to set this up?

New to postgres. Till now I used mysql and whenever I needed to login I did this:

mysql -u root -p

which then prompted me to provide password for user root

But postgres feels a lot different than that. After installation I created a new user like this:

create user root with password 'something';
create database test;
grant all privileges on database test to root;

Make arrow-up/down, Pos1, End, Del ... more easy
in flag

I type with ten fingers with my pointer fingers on "F" and "J".

This way I can type the alphabet with a QWERTZ layout fast and easy.

But many other keys are hard to reach. For example:

Pos1, End, Del, Arrow-Up/Down, Page-Up/Down, ESC, Backspace.

Is there a way to make these keys available while keeping the pointer fingers on "F" and "J"?

I am happy with "A" to "Z" and don't want to switch to a diff ...

I am not sure where these warnings are for/concerning. Should I be worried about them or just ignore them as people are trying to connect to my server? Proxy Mod is already enabled, however I am less concerned about this and more the fact my apache instance is showing random ip's and web addresses that are trying to be proxied :?

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
