Very slow boot due to rfkill - How to disable rfkill?

Ubuntu 20.04; dmesg shows that rfkill calls are taking about 26s of boot time:

How to remove Windows 11 bootloader from ubuntu 20.04?

As I installed Ubuntu on my laptop as main OS, I wanted to remove Windows 11 completely. I deleted the windows files from gparted. I tried to remove the windows bootloader using Grub Customizer tool. It said in the tool that the windows bootloader has been removed but when I restart and go to the boot options the windows bootloader is still there. Can anyone help me?

After the installation of the software, I have to add the account id to the dialout group in order to access the USB port by using this command:

Ubuntu 18 netplan auto connect to network, any interface name

I am using ubuntu 18.04 and I cant setup auto connection to network by wired connection without changing interface name in /etc/netplan/01-netcfg.yaml every time when I am changing pc.

Could someone tell if there is another way to auto connect to network no matter what is name of the interface?

In Kubuntu, in Konsole menu "Settings": choosing "Manage Profiles" causes the same as choosing "Configure Konsole": yields "Configure -- Konsole"

In Kubuntu 20.04 I use the Terminal "Konsole" and in each Konsole ten windows, created by "+ Start New Instance".

Mac command line - run command if previous has failed

Apt install using Software Center hangs. How do I kill it?

I invoked an apt install (of mysql-workbench) by double clicking the downloaded .deb file.

It hangs at the "preparing" stage and the "Cancel" button does nothing.

ps aux | grep apt

didn't find any process running.

What process name should I look for? How do I kill it?
