how to set a hotkey to switch to open window of a specific application if no window is present launch the application

I want to have specific hotkey for launching applications, but if already launched, it should pop up the window of the application.

so for example I press super + f then it should show me the open firefox window, if there is no open firefox window, it will launch a new one.

I only have seen that I can use super + numbers for accessing from the dock, which is quite similiar.

Can't connect to samba from windows

Im having an issue with connecting to samba from windows.

This is the exact filepath im trying to connect to: \\192.168.1.242\server-sharedfiles.

Server-sharedfiles is the name of the folder i would like to share and the filepath is set in the config file to that folder like this: /home/server/server-sharedfiles/.

The error i get is that it thinks i typed it wrong.

Access a non default network namespace from LAN

I have a configuration where on my 20.04 server I've set up a network namespace called vpn in which there's only a loopback device and a tun0 device which is a openvpn connection to the internet. I've an application running in that namespace which wants to be administrated via a web UI from the LAN. For obvious reasons in my current configuration there's no way to access the UI from the LAN.

Why can't I connect to "extension.gnome.org" when opening up the package manager?

Upon attempting to open up my package manager on Ubuntu Bionic (as I have been doing for years with no problems) yesterday I started receiving the following error message: "Unable to download updates from "extensions.gnome.org":[///source/shell-extensions/] failed to download https://extensions.gnome.org//static/extensions.json: SSL handshake failed"

How can I download and use the installer package for Ubuntu Server in an already installed ubuntu server system?

Change WiFi config on headless Ubuntu server Pi zero 2 via SD card?

I have a Raspberry pi zero 2 running ubuntu server with a WiFi connection.

I want to take the pi somewhere else and hook onto the WiFi in a new location. I will not know the SSID or the password until I am there. I will have my laptop with me but with no screen, keyboard mouse or ethernet connection for the Pi. Tethering through the laptop is not an option either.
