Can't boot with secure boot and with the kernel signed

I want to use Secure Boot with my own keys and with the kernels that I sign. I have gotten Grub to boot, but not with the signed kernel. I get this: "Error: /vmlinuz-5.4.0.91-generic has invalid signature" message.

This is what I have done:

mkdir keys
cd keys

efi-readvar -v dbx -o dbx.esl

# (reboot and clear default secureboot keys in the firmware config)

I've downloaded and installed Ubuntu Desktop 20.04 from Intel IoT, then I realize that it takes a long time when system boot up, it may take over 120 seconds from boot up logo until enter desktop.
Will this issue comes from drivers, Kernel of something else?
Here is my Kernel version: Linux nvis1482-NViS-1482-Series 5.13.0-1008-intel  ...

Ubuntu 20.04 sound not working after fresh installation
cn flag

Recently, I changed my hard disk on my Dell XPS-L421X from HDD to SDD. So, I thought it would be a nice decision to just upgrade from 18.04 to 20.04. However, after installation, no sound is coming out of the system. I am sorry if it seems that this question has been asked before. I have searched almost everywhere online, still no solution.
I have run sudo alsa force-reload, still no result. I a ...

Incresing text scale on applications
in flag

For example, here's a screenshot of Minecraft launcher running on my computer:

Screenshot of the Minecraft launcher As you can see everything is absolutely tiny. In fact, this doesn't just apply to Minecraft, it applies to pretty much every app I have. I've set the scale of my monitor in display settings to 120%, but that doesn't affect all apps. So, how do I increase the size of text, buttons and everything on certain apps?

How to increase display scaling above 200% in ubuntu 20.04?
in flag

I have a laptop Dell Latitude E7470 with screen resolution 2560x1440. I am currently using the display at 200% scaling in display settings, however, I need a scaling factor above it like 225% or 250%. Can anyone suggest how to do this?

I have tried setting dpi with :

xrandr --dpi

and also setting scaling factor with

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface scaling-factor 3

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
