Libreoffice Snap doesn't have Hebrew Locale
pl flag

Installing latest candidate snap package of Libreoffice (latest/candidate 7.2.4.1) within Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS doesn't show many languages, e.g. Hebrew

snap 7.2.4.1 - no hebrew enter image description here

When installing the Flatpak version (7.2.4.1) or even the legacy Ubuntu-focal repo version (1:6.4.7-0ubuntu0.20.04.2) Hebrew locale is supported and shown.

Flatpak latest shows Hebrew locale

Please add Hebrew locale to the snap versions.

Open Ubuntu terminal using batch file on windows with command?
cn flag

I automate many processes on windows using batch files and putty.

E.g ( login_server7.bat ):

start C:\Users\Jack\Documents\putty.exe -ssh 1.1.1.1 -l user123 -pw "bleh"

How am I able to start an Ubuntu terminal and run a command automatically after opening a file?

Rather than manually opening the ubuntu terminal and typing my commands in?

Cannot see anything elsewhere on this topic. Regards

npm does not support Node.js v10.19.0 You should probably upgrade to a newer version of node as we can't make any promises that npm will work with this version. You can find the latest version at https://nodejs.org/

Really, really strange broken internal hard drive problems when trying to install Ubuntu
cn flag

It's the average stuck on the updates and other software in Live USB mode, except with a "fun" twist.. I can't unmount the Windows partition. The internal hard drive on my laptop got messed up, and now Ubuntu just shows it as a 1 TB hard drive with unknown data at /dev/sda/. I can't mount or unmount it because it doesn't show up in terminal, GParted is scanning for drives forever, and i keep getting GPa ...

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
