Is there a GUI for Squashfs-tools?
eg flag

I am looking for a Gui for Squashfs-tools. I get kinda lost in the terminal, although I have the LiveCDCustomization Documentation enter link description here next to it.

An alternative would be other software to manipulate the squashfs file from the ISO.

I want to get rid of some languages, fonts and some preinstalled software. I also want to rebuild more than only the Kubuntu 20.04.2 iso. I want to add ...

I've installed successfully netboot.xyz and I'm able to install Linux and Windows on multiple devices without any issues.

Recently I got a few Dell Precision laptops with an USB-ethernet adapters and those seem to be having issues with the network adapter.

I have checked ALSAMixer and have found nothing muted; everything was set to max volume. I have attempted the fix listed here: Asus Zenbook UM433D Ubuntu 19.04 no sound which unfortunately did nothing.

rc.local and xrandr are not working together
bd flag

So I have troubles with the brightness of my screen at startup.

And it's unlucky because I tried many things to set it to right setup and only xrandr is working for me when I call this command.

xrandr --output eDP --brightness 1

On my Ubuntu I had no /etc/rc.local file - so I've created it and made it executable.

Okay, I've been using my laptop connected with a external screen which is 2560x1080, try to add the new resolution and set up. But always return xrandr: Configure crtc 1 failed. Also checked my CPU max resolution on HDMI and it's 4096 x 2304@60Hz, don't know what else to do. The commands I use was: xrandr --output HDMI-1 --crtc 1 --mode 2560x1080_60.00, xrandr --output HDMI-1 --crtc 2 --mode 2560x1080 ...

The Stunning Power of Questions

Much of an executive’s workday is spent asking others for information—requesting status updates from a team leader, for example, or questioning a counterpart in a tense negotiation. Yet unlike professionals such as litigators, journalists, and doctors, who are taught how to ask questions as an essential part of their training, few executives think of questioning as a skill that can be honed—or consider how their own answers to questions could make conversations more productive.

That’s a missed opportunity. Questioning is a uniquely powerful tool for unlocking value in organizations: It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, it fuels innovation and performance improvement, it builds rapport and trust among team members. And it can mitigate business risk by uncovering unforeseen pitfalls and hazards.

For some people, questioning comes easily. Their natural inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and ability to read people put the ideal question on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions, nor do we pose our inquiries in an optimal way.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. In this article, we draw on insights from behavioral science research to explore how the way we frame questions and choose to answer our counterparts can influence the outcome of conversations. We offer guidance for choosing the best type, tone, sequence, and framing of questions and for deciding what and how much information to share to reap the most benefit from our interactions, not just for ourselves but for our organizations.
