Why would installed packages have status "Remove"?

I just want to download all my files from Mailchimp but it did not work.

I tried this https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11706609/how-do-i-pull-image-links-from-a-website-and-download-them-using-wget but still did not work

Us international layout : Double hit on ' dead key to get ' instead of ´

So I just discovered the Us international layout with dead keys and I think it's great but there's a behaviour that is quite annoying. In order to get to ' I have to hit Space + ' because if I hit ' twice I end up with the most unuseful (when by itself) ´ character.

Can it be changed to get a good old ' instead ?

Now that I know the names, I want to replace dead_acute ...

Ubuntu 20.04 Yaru theme icons messed up in toolbar and apps

After battling errors due to pango, I finally able to log in to my machine however my top toolbar icons, apps icons, and some settings icons are missing / a mess. Here are some errors :

Ubuntu shows an icon for root

I have upgraded to 21.04 from 20.10 and after the upgrade for some reason Ubuntu shows a icon on desktop of the / folder which I am unable to remove. Also when this happens it doesn't show the other partitions of Windows eventhough I have disabled fast boot. Here is a screenshot:

Strange clipboard entry added whenever something is copied

Whenever I copy text to the clipboard, a strange entry is added after the text I copied. Here I copied the word "Print", this is what the clipboard history look like afterwards:

Why i can't run another service

Accidently renamed the ld-linux-aarch64.so.1

On my Ubuntu command line system, I accidentally renamed the /lib/ld-linux-aarch64.so.1 file.
